Get the headcount before collecting favourites

Start with the number of people eating, the office address and the desired date and time. Ask whether visitors or meeting guests should be included. A firm headcount helps you compare packages and avoid collecting a different order in several separate messages.

If your team is ordering 20 or more meals, use the Team Lunch quote request. Lunch4Time offers bulk order discounts, with the actual price and arrangements confirmed for the specific order. Do not budget around an assumed percentage discount.

Offer a manageable choice of dishes

Share the menu and ask colleagues to choose a dish and drink. Grilled chicken, rice boxes, pasta and salads give the group different starting points. Use the written menu descriptions to check what accompanies each dish.

Ask anyone with ingredient, allergy or dietary questions to contact Lunch4Time before ordering. The name of a dish or its photograph is not enough to confirm that it meets a particular dietary requirement. Keep individual questions clear and share only the information the team needs to answer them.

Make one clear order list

A useful list contains the meal name, quantity and chosen drink, plus any questions awaiting a reply. Add the organiser’s contact number and tell us whether meals need to be identified for particular people. Ask whether any special packing request can be accommodated; it is not an automatic part of the service.

Every listed CAD $13.99 single meal includes one drink. For a smaller group, compare the five-meal and ten-meal packages with buying the same number of individual meals. Prices do not by themselves confirm delivery fees or applicable tax.

Give the delivery a practical destination

Include the building entrance, floor, suite and reception instructions. If a loading area or concierge must be used, mention it in the request. Agree who will be available to receive the order and how they can be contacted.

A requested arrival time is a preference until Lunch4Time confirms it. For a meeting with a fixed start, share that context so the team can discuss the available delivery arrangements.

Confirm the complete quote

Before proceeding, check the final meal count, drink choices, date, destination, delivery fee, applicable taxes and payment arrangement in the WhatsApp reply. If the headcount changes, ask for an updated confirmation.

After the lunch, you can share feedback privately through the website’s WhatsApp feedback form. It is a simple way to tell us what worked well and what would make the next team lunch easier.
